چکیده
Results: Less number of infants with growth faltering (p=0.093) and acute gastroenteritis (p=0.135) while more infants crawled, longer period of lactational amenorrhea (p= 0.276) and higher mean maternal weight loss (p=0.152) observed in 6 months EBF group compared to the other two groups. No significant differences in mean serum iron concentration and mean haemoglobin concentration among the three groups (p= 0.928 and p= 0.921 respectively).
